Polar Bears


          Did you know that polar bears are endangered? Polar bears real name is Ursus Maitmus. (http://worldwildlife.org)Polar bears are very unique looking they have black eyes and clash with write fur, small tails, and have a thick layer of fat on their body. They weigh about 1,430 pounds. (http://worldwildlife.org)

         

          Polar bears live with their nuclear family. Like the mother and                                                             the cubs. They are predators they go hunting for food like, fish, and smaller animals. Polar bears eat meet so people called they carnivore. They sleeping habits are like human they sleep at night and are a walk in the day time. (http://worldwildlife.org)

                    Polar bears live in the Arctic. Where it is very cold and icy. They endued the cold, snow and wind. It is a lot of sea ice, the water is below zero, and it is more ice then land the land is covered in ice. (http://worldwildlife.org)

          The polar bears original population in the 1990 was about 30-35,000. Polar bears population today is about 20-25,000. It went down by 10,000.

          The polar bears population in decline because the sea ice is melting, the fisherman are talking move fish from the area were the polar bears live, and it is getting hotter. The polar bears have fur also they have a layer of fat to keep them warm. “WWF advocates direly for government to recognize and mitigate the effects of climate change on polar bears. WWF also successfully adverted for the creation and interact, and polar bears management plane.”
