          THE EGYTAIN VULTURE IS AN ENDANGERED SPECIES. THE SCIENTIFIC NAME OF THE ANIMAL IS THE NEOPHRON, PERCNOPTERUS.  WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE IS A PHAROAH’S CHICKEN, EGYPTAIN EAGLE, SCAVENGER VULTURE [www.earthsendangered.com].

          The SIZE OF the EGYPTAIN VULTURE IS 60-70 cm   THE WINGSPAN OF THE EYGPTAIN VULTURE IS 155-170 cm. THE WEIGHT  OF THE EYGPTAIN  VULTURE IS 1,800-2,400 g [WWW.EARTHSENDANGERED.COM].

         IT IS A SOLITARY ANIMAL THAT EATS DEAD PREY.  IT IS A PREDATOR THAT EAT DEAD ANIMALS THAT HAVE BEEN KILLED(WWW.BRITANNICA.COM).
          IT IS A CARNIVORE AND a SCAVENGER (WWW.EYGPTAIN VULTURE.COM).   THE PART OF THE WORLD DOES THIS ANIMAL LIVE IS IN EUROPE, NORTHERN AFRICATO INDIA.





          THIS ANIMALS NATURAL HABITAT IS THE MARINE, MIGRATE SOUTH DURING WINTER, GRASSLAND, SEMI-DESERT REGIONS.  THE ORIGINAL, HISTORICAL POPULATION OF THIS SPECIES BEFORE IT WAS ENDANGERED IS THE 20th CENTURY.
           THE CURRENT POPULATION OF THE SPECIES ARE CURRENTLY LIVING IN THE WILD IS 10 ANIMALS LIVING IN THE WILD.

SOME CAUSES OF POPULATION DECLINE THAT THREATENED THE SPECIESIS THAT THE EUROPEAN POPULATION SUGGESTED CAUSE OF DECLINE INCLUDES POISONING BY ACCUMULATION OF LEAD.
         COLLISIONS WITH WIND TURBINES, REDUCED FOOD AVAILABILITY AND HABITAT CHANGE ARE CURRENTLY IMPORTANT UPON EUROPEAN POPULATION.  IS BEING DONE TO PROTECT THIS ANIMAL TODAY BY SAVING THEM FROM BEING KILLED BY PROACHERS AND PEOPLE FROM DESTROYING THEIR HOMES.
